YORK C19 Adjustable Squat Stand

The YORK C19 (Formerly FTS Series) is a super little setup for clubs, schools, PTs, homes, and affiliates. These are Light Commercial rated but offer excellent function for the cost.

Made from box section steel throughout, these are sturdy and are excellent value.

Telescopic uprights adjust from 102cm to 154cm in 5cm increments (2 inches). If you are looking to do shoulder press or bench press, then the drop hooks allow for you to lift from a lower set height, but also there for when you need it and grinding out the last few reps.

The width of the uprights is suited to 7ft Olympic bars or 7ft 1-inch bars/beefy bars. Shorter bars cannot be used.

Finished in Black Powdercoat.

These are a boxed item and will require assembly, and should take you no more than 35 minutes to build
