Shipping policy

Delivery of equipment is a cost to us and this is passed onto you the customer.

We opt for the most efficient and reliable service, at the expense of poor service. We are proud that most orders are delivered in 2-3 working days where possible and we utilise the services of UPS, TNT, FEDEX, Tuffnells and Palletways.

Where an order is over 1.2m in length, you will be charged a double pallet cost.

Pallet deliveries are kerb side only.

Should you require a larger order of equipment, please email team@thegymcompany.co.uk and we shall quote a multi pallet or load delivery.

We also offer a full delivery and install service, this is based on on the time door to door, onsite and return. If you require an installation service, please get in touch.
