Our 2.5kg Olympic Technique Plate is made from PE material and is created using rotational moulding.
The thickness of plate, benefits new lifters or those learning lifts due to it creating stability upon an empty bar, unlike traditional technique plates that wobble.
Full IWF spec diameter of 450mm with a 50mm centre bore.
IWF colour of red for the weight denomination of 2.5kg and easy identification in the gym.
To be used with 7kg or 10kg teaching bar and not to be dropped with load.
